Louis Capital Joint Stock Company explained the decrease in stock prices in five consecutive trading sessions from June 10 to July 16, 2022 as follows:

TGG stock decreased in the recent trading sessions due to the information on the arrest of Chairman of Louis Holdings affecting the operations of member units and market price of the stock, and due to common situation of the whole securities market.
