Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: ST8) completed the transfer of 700,000 shares at Nam Thanh Sai Gon Joint Stock Company (NTSG), equivalent to 70% of NTSG’s charter capital. As of June 16, 2022, NTSG is no longer a subsidiary of Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation.
