On June 15, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to maintain the warning status for HNG shares.

Reason: The retained profit of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company until December 31, 2021 was -3,426.49 billion dongs. This is a case of warning status under Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
