VPG: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated June 16, 2022, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to raise its charter capital from VND729,079,280,000 to VND801,983,360,000, equivalent to 80,198,336 shares. Accordingly, the amendment of the company’s  charter with new charter capital.
