The Board resolution dated June 16, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company the plan to transfer shares in TTC Deluxe Sai Gon Joint Stock Company (TTC) with details as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 15,000,000 shares

-          Transfer price (estimated): from 10,500 dongs/share to 11,000 dongs/share

-          Total value of transfer (estimated): from 157,500,000,000 dongs to 165,000,000,000 dongs.

-          Time of implementation: expected in June 2022

After the transfer completes, KPF will holds 14,400,000 shares, equivalent to VND 144,000,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 48% charter capital of TTC Deluxe Sai Gon Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, TTC is no longer a subsidiary of KPF.
