-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 1,235,522,904 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 1,229,432,904 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 6,090,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 245,886,580 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND 2,458,865,800,000

-          Stock volume after the issuance: 1,481,409,484 shares

-          Expected total value after the issuance (at par value): VND14,814,094,840,000

-          Number of outstanding shares after the issuance (estimated): 1,475,319,484 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares)

-          Time for increasing charter capital (estimated): Quarter III/2022

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 148 shares. With 20% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 148*20/100 = 29.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 29 new shares and fractional shares of 0.6 share will be cancelled.
