The Board resolution dated May 06, 2022, the Board of Directors of Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the contents to convene the Annual General Meeting 2022:

-          Report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022.

-          Report on the business result 2021 and business plan in 2022.

-          Report on the Independent member of BOD and Audit Committee in 2021.

-          Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2021; plan for 2021 profit distribution.

-          Proposal to approve the business plan and profit distribution in 2022.

-          Proposal to approve the remuneration payment in 2021 and plan for 2022.

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.

-          Proposal to approve the amendment of the company’s business lines.

-          Other issues.

2. Approved the draft of Information Disclosure Regulation.
3. Approved the auction beginning price of rubber trees 48,000 VND/tree. Total beginning value 19,125,600,000 VND.
