The Board resolution dated May 05, 2022, the Board of Directors approved the contributed capital representative of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company at Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (Tradico), including the following members:

1. Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam as representative of additional contribution capital of 86,866,000,000 dong at Tradico. Accordingly, the total management contributed capital at Tradico is 387,204,240,000 dongs, equivalent to 38,720,424 shares, accounting for 17.25% charter capital of Tradico.
2. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung as representative of additional contribution capital of 64,948,000,000 dongs. Accordingly, the total management contributed capital at Tradico is 289,537,600,000 dongs, equivalent to 28,953,760 shares, accounting for 12.90% charter capital of Tradico. 
3. Mrs. Le Thi Mai Loan as representative of additional contribution capital of 60,632,000,000 dongs. Accordingly, the total management contributed capital at Tradico is 270,272,900,000 dongs, equivalent to 27,027,290 shares, accounting for 12.04% charter capital of Tradico.
