On April 30, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the financial statements for Quarter 1 of 2022 from VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement. According to regulations, the Company has not disclosed the notes to the financial statements; and has no company seals in statements.

Therefore, on May 05, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to ask VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company to provide a complete and valid version as prescribed.
