The Board resolution dated May 06, 2022, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved to transfer all contributed capital in Bach Phu Thinh Company Limited with details as follows:

-          Ownership ratio of TDH in Bach Phu Thinh Company Limited: 51%

-          Transfer value: no less than VND130 billion

-          Time of implementation and payment progress: no later than June 30, 2022.
