The Board resolution dated April 16, 2022, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the time to distribute shares in the private placement to selected investors as follows:

- Time for subscription: from April 06, 2022 to April 18, 2022 (instead from April 06, 2022 to 11:30, April 18, 2022)

- Time for settlement: from April 07, 2022 to April 18, 2022 (instead from April 07, 2022 to 11:30, April 18, 2022).
