The Board resolution dated April 15, 2022, the BOD of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following issues:

1. Approved the result of stock issuace under ESOP:

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 450,000 shares

-        Number of distributed shares: 427,000 shares

-        Number of undistributed shares: 23,000 shares.

2. Approved the number of undistributed shares will be cancelled.
