On March 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation approved a plan for raising the charter capital of subsidiary UNITEX Corporation by VND136,370,580,000 from VND80,000,000,000 to VND216,370,580,000 by contributing more capital. Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation will use all of proceeds from the share offering to the existing shareholders to invest in UNITEX Corporation (building two factories in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province), expected in Quarter 3 or Quarter 4 of 2022.

            The Board of Directors also approved the documents of public offering to submit to the State Securities Commission.
