The Board resolution dated March 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the registration to raise its charter capital from VND171,671,440,000 to VND321,671,440,000, equivalent to 32,167,144 shares due to the share private placement.
2. Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
3. Approving the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for the additional issuance of 15,000,000 shares.
