The Board resolution dated December 28, 2022, the BOD of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company approved the signing of agreements on the purchase and sale of goods and services related to the company's production and business activities with related institution of Mr. Do Ngoc Quang – Da Nang Tobacco Company Limited. Accordingly, the value of each agreement will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
