On December 29, 2022, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to receive the transfer of shares of Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation from Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technology Corporation to raise the ownership ratio of KBC at Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation.
