The Board resolution dated December 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the result of preferred shares offering to convert the share private placement as follows:
- Total shares distributed: 64,200,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares to be offered (in which Foreign investors are distributed: 64,200,000 shares)
- Selling price: VND10,000/share
- List of investors participating in the purchase of shares: DEG – Deutsche Investitions-Und Entwicklungsge Sellschaft MBH.
