On December 23, 2022, the second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2022 of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were less than 33% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on October 17, 2022. Therefore, the second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2022 of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. Accordingly, the third Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 will be noticed later.
