On December 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

  1. Number of shares expected to be issued: 16,761,304 shares
  2. Number of distributed shares: 16,760,134 shares
  3. Approving to adjust charter capital: VND2,569,725,850,000.
