On December 19, 2022, Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve the following contents:

1. Approved the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND2,673,840,900,000 to VND3,078,044,500,000, equivalent to 307,804,450 shares due to the share public offering.
2. Approved the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
