On November 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved a plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Number of shares before additional listing: 1,527,500,000 shares

-          Additional volume: 458,250,000 shares

-          Number of shares after additional listing: 1,985,750,000 shares

-          Effective date of the listing license: November 24, 2022

-          Additional date: December 15, 2022.
