The Board of Directors approved the credit agreement with Bac Hai Phong Branch of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Argibank), as follows:

- Form of credit: each time

- Credit limit: VND395,000,000,000

- The purpose of the borrowing: insurance LC UPAS, borrowing and guaranteed insurance.

- Collateral: margin and term deposit contract.
