Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company explained the decrease in the floor prices in five consecutive trading sessions from November 18 to November 24, 2022 as follows:

The stock price of HPX decreased in the recent trading sessions due to the supply and demand of the market, the market sentiment factors and some economic conditions affecting real estate business activities.
