The Board resolution dated November 18, 2022, the BOD of CIC39 Corporation approved to buy the additional issuance share of Thu Duc – Long An Centrifugal Concrete Jojnt Stock Company (TDCLA) with details:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 5,100,191 shares, equivalent to 42.37% charter capital of TDCLA.

-          Expected purchase volume: 1,275,047 shares

-          Owning volume after the purchase: 6,375,238 shares, equivalent to 42.37% charter capital of TDCLA.
