The Board resolution dated November 17, 2022, the BOD of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the result of stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity:

-          Total distributed shares: 7,638,947 shares, Of which:

+ Number of distributed shares to shareholders at the rate: 7,638,947 shares

+ Number of fractional shares: 289 shares (These shares cancelled).

2)      Approved the result of public offering:

-          Total distributed shares: 211,653 shares:

+ Offering volume: 11,204,213 shares

+ Distributed volume: 211,653 shares

+ Fractional shares and unsold shares volume: 10,992,560 shares.

3)      Approved suspension of the offering, not continuing to distribute the number of fractional shares and unsold shares of 10,992,560 shares.

-          Ending date: November 09, 2022

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND2,434,009,500 dongs.
