The Board resolution dated October 05, 2022, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the report on result of stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-        Number of distributed shares: 500,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares expected to be issued.

-        Number of distributed employees: 66 persons

-        Number of current shares (October 03, 2022): 73,678,587 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 73,606,837 shares;

+ Number of treasury shares: 71,750 shares.
