-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1.000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: December 01, 2022.

-          Place of implementation:

+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.

+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Nam Viet Corporation’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card.
