According to Decision No.733/QD-SGDHCM and Announcement No.1795/TB-SGDHCM dated September 30, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock GAB of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company will be changed from supervision status to trading restriction as from October 07, 2022.

Reason: FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company delayed the submission of the 2021 audited financial statements by more than 45 days compared to the specified time. The case is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point a Provision 1 Article 39 Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members’ Council of Vietnam Exchange.  

GAB shares will be traded only in the afternoon session by order-matching and put-through methods as from October 07, 2022.
