Reason: The listed firm delayed the submission of the 2022 reviewed interim financial statements by more than 30 days compared to the specified time. The case is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point g Provision 1 Article 38 Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members’ Council of Vietnam Exchange.
