APG: Board resolution on the plan for private placement of shares

The BoD of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved a detailed plan for private placement of shares. Of which, the offering price will be VND18,000/share. The BoD also adopted a list of professional investors with the total order volume of 75,000,000 shares and the estimated proceeds of VND1,350,000,000,000.
