On December 28, Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company received the decision dated December 23, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City regarding the administrative sanctions on taxes as follows:

1)      Penalties:

-        Fine for false declaration: 42,172,141 dongs

-        Administrative fine: 2,100,000 dongs

2)      Remedies:  

-        Total tax arrears: 210,860,703 dongs;

-        Late payment interest: 34,413,754 dongs.

Total fines, tax arrears and late payment interest: 289,546,598 dongs.

On November 24, 2021, Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company paid 116,076,134 dongs for the contractor tax (of which: 70,196,239 dongs for VAT; 45,879,895 dongs for corporate income tax). Therefore, the remaining tax amount payable to the State budget is 173,470,464 dongs.
