The Board of Directors of Innovative Technology Development Corporation approved to pay for the 2020 dividend:

1)      The BOD approved to transfer the 2020 dividend payment in cash to the 2020 dividend payment in stock.

2)      To pay stock dividend for 2020;

-       Exercise ratio: 12%

-       Estimated issue volume: 2,279,113 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: expected in Quarter IV/2021 – Quarter I/2022.
