The Board resolution dated December 31, 2021, the BOD of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving the dissolution of a branch of Tourism Service Enterprise.
2) Approving the establishment of a subsidiary:
- Company name: HODECO Service and Real Estate Management Limited Company
- Address: Floor 3rd, HODECO Plaza, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc, ward 7, Vung Tau city, Ba Rịa – Vung Tau Province.
- Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000
- Ownership ratio of HODECO: 100%
3) Approving the signing of transaction contract with HODECO Service and Real Estate Management Limited Company on the lease of some real estate at the Company’s projects.
4) Approving the transaction policy with HODECO Real Estate – Construction Joint Stock Company on the transfer 04 products (townhouses and villas) of the Hai Dang Housing project (the Light City) - phase 1.
