DAH: Transferring the contributed capital in subsidiary

On December 31, 2021, the BOD of Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company (DAH) approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital in Dong A Nha Trang Company Limited to Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh. After the transfer completes, Dong A Nha Trang Company Limited will no longer be a subsidiary of DAH.
