According to the Board Resolution dated January 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC approved the policy on margin transactions at securities companies and borrowing at other institutions, individuals in order to raise the Company’s working capital for financial investments. Of which, the loan amount at a securities company or an individual does not exceed VND120 billion.
