The Board resolution dated January 24, 2022, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with details as follows:

-          Company name: DHG Investment Company Limited

-          Charter capital: VND350,000,000,000 (DXG contributes VND297,500,000,000, equivalent to 85% charter capital of DHG Investment Company Limited).
