On January 13, 2022, the BOD of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Do Minh Toan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ACB from January 14, 2022.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tu Tien Phat as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ACB from January 14, 2022.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tu Tien Phat as Chief Executive Officer of ACB from January 14, 2022.
