The Board resolution dated January 13, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the registration to raise its charter capital to VND1,744,183,040,000, equivalent to 174,418,304 shares due to the public offering of shares with total value of issuance of VND872,091,520,000.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
