The Board resolution dated January 14, 2022, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business plan in 2022:

-          Total investment: 2,150 billion dongs

-          Total revenue (consolidated): 1,313 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax (consolidated): 180 billion dongs.

2)      Approving the investment policy of project in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai Province.

3)      Approving the increase of charter capital Sai Gon Real Estate Business Company Limited to VND60 billion.
