-          Payment date: October 05, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12.3%

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company as from October 05, 2021.
