The Board resolution dated September 04, 2021, the BOD of Clever Group Corporation approved to change the contents of Business Registration Certificate with details as follows:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND180,003,330,000 to VND198,890,980,000 due to the stock issuance to raise capital.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.

3)      To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
