TS4: Decision on delisting of stock

On August 31, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.467/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 (TS4):

- Number of shares delisted : 16,160,646 shares

- Value of shares delisted : VND161,606,460,000

- Effective delisting date : September 13, 2021

- Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations of the listed firm and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.o - Article 120 - Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 12/31/2020.
