The Board resolution dated August 31, 2021, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Stock name: Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Number of shares issued: 409,890,962 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 409,890,962 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 15,000,000 shares, equivalent to 3.66% of number of outstanding shares

-          Time for transferring restriction: 03 years from the finish date of the issuance.

-          Issuance price: 15,000 dongs/share

-          Ending date: August 31, 2021

-          Time for transferring shares: expected in September 2021.

1. Result of stock issuance:

-          Number of distributed shares: 15,000,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares expected  to be offered

-          Number of distributed employees: 129 persons

-          Total shares after the issuance (August 31, 2021): 424,890,962 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 424,890,962 shares

+ Number of treasury shares:  0 share.

2)      Approving the company’s charter capital after the stock issuance under ESOP to increase from VND4,098,909,620,000 to VND4,248,909,620,000, equivalent to 424,890,962 shares.
