The Board resolution dated September 01, 2021, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change with details as follows:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Independent members of BOD cum Chairman of Audit Committee for Mr. Tran Tuan Hung from September 01, 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders this resignation and additional election of Independent member of BOD at the Extraordinary General Meeting in 2021 for the first time.

2)      Approving the Resignation Letter of member of BOD cum member of Audit Committee for Mr. Ngo Trong Nghia from September 01, 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders this resignation and additional election of Independent member of BOD at the Extraordinary General Meeting in 2021 for the first time.
