On September 28, 2021, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares of Tan Thanh Tourism Trade Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Expected buying volume: 29,172,000 shares, equivalent to 40% charter capital of Tan Thanh Tourism Trade Joint Stock Company

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value (estimated): VND291,720,000,000.

After the purchase completes, Louis Capital Joint Stock Company will become an associated company of Tan Thanh Tourism Trade Joint Stock Company.
