-          Ownership ratio of Thu Duc House: 40% of charter capital of Daewon - Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company

-          Relationship with Thu Duc House: associated company

-          Total value of transfer: VND81,600,000,000

-          Time of implementation: within 02 months from the approval date of this policy.
