On September 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Plan for private placement of non-convertible bonds without warrants;
2) Plan for the capital allocation from the private placement of bonds;
3) Approving to use, receive assets and measures to guarantee their obligations towards the bonds.
