FECON Mining Joint Stock Company received the decisions dated September 14, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ha Nam Province regarding the administrative sanctions on taxes and invoices as follows:

-          Administrative sanction on invoices: 6,000,000 dongs

-          Administrative sanction on taxes: 188,552,422 dongs

Of which:

• Tax arrears: 151,798,725 dongs;
• Late payment interest: 6,393,952 dongs
• Administrative fine: 30,359,745 dongs.

On September 22, 2021, FECON Mining Joint Stock Company paid the above amount in full.
