 The Board resolution dated September 23, 2021, the BOD of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the policy to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with details as follow:

-          Business type: Joint Stock Company

-          Ownership ratio: more the 50% of total shares.
