The Board resolution dated September 22, 2021, the BOD of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)       To register to increase its charter capital from VND304,087,510,000 to VND608,175,020,000.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.

-          New charter capital: VND608,175,020,000

-          Stock volume: 60,817,502 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share.
